Location & Climate

Our vineyard is located in the middle of nature between Solivella and Sarral. Its natural conditions, together with its history and traditions, make it a privileged area for the cultivation of the vineyard and the elaboration of excellent wines and cavas.
The climate is typically Mediterranean, with hot, dry summers and moderate winters.
It is an agricultural region eminently dedicated to the cultivation of the vineyard, where the first strains were transported from France by the monks of the Cister, newcomes at the monastery of Poblet.

Varieties and Harvest

With an area of approximately 19 Hectares, our vineyards have the Muscat of Alexandria as a main variety. The black Garnacha, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Tempranillo complete the range of our different varieties.

All the tasks and care provided during the year in the vineyards culminate with the vintage, harmony between 2 cycles, vegetative and processing. This is a key moment in which decisive decisions are made since we collect the effort of the year. It should be emphasized that each work during the cycle of life is vital, because only through the conscientious work in the field will we get the best fruits.

We harvest manually in order to ensure maximum respect for the plant and in pursuit of a rigorous selection of the grapes from the vineyard.
