Mas del Nen Vall Roja 2014
Mas del Nen Vall Roja is the exclusive red wine produced in our vineyard “Mas del Nen”, located in the middle of nature between Solivella and Sarral, in the Conca de Barberà, Tarragona.
It’s a selection of our best varietals of our vineyards and a unique coupage every year which rests for 12 months in oak barrels and then 12 months more in the bottle to obtain a balanced wine.
After a manual and nocturnal harvest during the first half of October 2014, we find a clean and bright wine with an intense red cherry colour and trim with violet tones. With a bouquet of high intensity and aromas of fruits of the forest, furthermore a light vanilla and toasted generated by the aging of twelve months in new barrels of French and American oak.
Powerful, elegant tannin and good acidity.
It has a long and round finish due to the twelve months of aging in bottle and with toasted notes. 14% vol.
It is easy to taste with any type of red or grilled meat, cheeses and smoked.
